Production Procedure Details
1 CREAT NEW DESIGN
Provide the design demand to us,like reference photos,
features,drawings or samples,our design team will help
you to realize into final appearance and constrution,to
finger out of full solution
2 3D SCAN
The more acurate of datas on the design we support
customer with 3D scanner get all of the needs to create
the final construction.
The most important of design verification is from first prototype.
We adapt with 3D printing and CNC processing to make construction
and function samples for study before kick-off the tooling.
How to design the successful mold for mass production
is the key of whole project. The major factors related to
mold material, accurate processing, tooling constructions,
and stable performance for production.
5 EPS RAW MATERIALS
To meet customers standards, the forming raw materials need to
be ensure quality, our EPS beats all imported from USA.
6 EPS FOAMING
Our foaming workshops always put the highly attention to
produce each pieces of helmet with stabe quality to ensure
the performance of each units.
7 SCREEN PRINTING
We can print the pattern which you liked. We use non-toxic,
eco-friendly paint for our entire process.
8 VACUUM & ABS INJECTION
The selection of PC materials makes your helmet lighter,
easy wearing. And the hard ABS makes different styles,
both styles with safety in protection.
The trimming process to cut off all of extra parts and keep
the entire shell of each surrounding with streamlines and
construction appeared properly on the shells.
To stylish the design, the labels are the best decoration,
our skilled labeling workers can work out to match the
requriements of your needs always.
The lining process help customers products with different level
of products. The hot-seal and cold process are can customized
by your own design with different logos or shapes.
12 STITCHING &SEWING MACHINERY
The process of padding, lining, parts details Could help you
to ensure wearing comfort.
We use environmental protection paint to decorate your helmet
according to your preferences.
14 IPQC INSPECTION
To ensure each process are under qaulity control each
workshops we assign QC guys to strictly following the
standards to monitor the production status time by time.
The final step is to assembly the helmet unit following S.O.P.,
our qualified workers will according to customer's approval
samples to fulfill the final unit with packing.
16 QA INSEPCTION AND WAREHOUS STORAGE
Each batch of orders finish will inform QC to do the final
inspection. If all done and PASS, the goods send to the
warehouse waiting for shipment.
